Are You the Man You Think You Are? in Dad’s Bedtime Tales Newsletter 442: “You’re showing it off to the wrong man, Ferhad,” Uncle Cengiz says when he is about to leave. He’s been visiting his brother and his nephew Ferhad. Uncle Cengiz noticed that the boy was wanting to show his dad what he had, but to no avail. “If you want to show it off, want a man to appreciate what you have, you need to come over to my place. You can show it off to me, son,” Uncle Cengiz tells Ferhad.

Ferhad is not as lucky as his friend Johnny. When Johnny wears nothing but a jockstrap at home, his dad likes to feel Johnny’s basket and compliment him, “Fuck, son, you’re as big as me now.” If only Ferhad were lucky enough to have a dad like that.

Wouldn’t you know it. Uncle Cengiz left his tool belt at their place. So when Dad asks Ferhad, “Mind taking it over to him? I know he’ll need it soon.” Ferhad is only to eager to say, “Sure, I can do that.”

Ferhad grabs the tool belt, hops on his bike, and pedals on over to Uncle Cengiz’s place. He finds his uncle in his fenced off backyard. Stripped naked and stretched out in the sun, soaking up the heat.

Uncle Chuck gets a good look. And when Timmy returns, Uncle Chuck says, “You’ve really grown up.  guess since I see you all the time, I hadn’t really noticed. But look at you – you’re almost a man now.”
