Coming Saturday July 3 – Eight Days a Week

Coming July 3

Eight Days a Week is coming Saturday July 3. After a day of hard negotiating with clients in Chicago, Petro goes to the hotel gym to relax. He’s had good luck relaxing `in the sauna of that gym before. He always leaves with empty balls. Which is why he always stays in that hotel when he has business in Chicago.

It’s after nine o’clock in the evening. So Petro is surprised to see a dad working out with his son at that hour. From listening in on their conversation, he figures out that the son’s name is Kyle.

”How’s this look, Dad?” the son says while he pushes barbells above his head.

“Looking great, Kyle,” the dad tells his son.

So when the son goes for a run on a treadmill, Petro strikes up a conversation with the dad. “He must really like to work out,” Petro says to the dad.

“Yeah. Kyle’s something else. He’d workout eight days a week,” the dad said.

“Is he in any competitions? He looks to be in amazing shape,” Petro says.

“He’s a pretty good gymnast, but he’s not that competitive. I push him. But you know what they say. A tired dog is a good dog. Well, the same applies to teenage boys. The best way to keep them behaving is to tire them out. So after a hard workout here, all Kyle wants to do is go home and sleep,” the dad says.

Petro’s juices flow watching Kyle workout.

But will Kyle still want to use the sauna after working out so hard? And what about the dad? Petro wants to know. And I bet you do too.

  • A Terrible Father • Dad didn’t want to impose when his son, Ben, offered to let him stay at his apartment. Dad thought about what his apartment looked like when he was 23. • You Have the Touch • “Hey, buddy, you want me to give you a hand with that?” Rick says when his pal, Trevor, yells, “Ow!” and grabs his back. The two have been pals for a long time. So it’s natural for Rick to want to help his buddy. But as he massages Trevor’s back, he wonders if his buddy would mind if he helped him out all the way. “Ahhh, man, that feels good. You have the touch,” Trevor moans. Well, maybe it’d be OK to loosen Trevor’s pants a bit more and massage his buns.
  • House on Fire • When the neighbor’s house burns at night, Estevo runs outside with his dad to watch the fire fighters put out the blaze. Some of the fire fighters are so hot. However, once the fire is out and Estevo is back up in his bedroom, he can’t believe his eyes when he sees his dad make out with one of the firemen. And he hears Dad say, “Thanks, Janik. I needed that,” when they are done and are giving each other gentle, good-bye kisses. Wood Fireman Janik touch Estevo like that?
  • He Wants Me To See • Mateo works his butt off over the years building his specialty foods delivery service. Cleanliness is everything when you’re handling food. The kid has his pants pushed down over his butt. Mateo can see everything.
  • What King of Boy Am I • Danny begs for permission to stay out past curfew. But Dad won’t budge. “My house, my rules,” he says. And he warns Danny that he’ll call Grandpa Zonnobich if he misbehaves. The last thing Danny wants to do is have ex green beret, Commander Son of a Bitch, Grandpa Zonnobich on his case. Or does Grandpa Zonnobich know what kind of boy Danny is?

Coming Saturday June 26 – A Terrible Father

Coming June 26 illustration

A Terrible Father is coming Saturday June 26. When Ben tells his dad, “You can stay with me,” Dad says, “Oh, I couldn’t impose.” But Ben reminds his dad, “You’re my dad, not an imposition.”

Dad hasn’t been to Ben’s apartment. He remembers what he was like in his early twenties. No way could he have invited his father over to stay with him. He was a wild man, chasing the ladies all the time. And each time he scored, he nicked their panties. He had boxes stuffed with them underneath his bed. So what would Dad find at his son’s apartment?

Ben is nothing like his father. There isn’t a spec of dust in his apartment. No cobwebs in the windows. He has a guest room. The bed is made and there isn’t a crease anywhere.

During the day, when Ben is at work, Dad discovers his son’s diary. He is shocked when he reads that Ben is into guys and still a virgin. How can that be? How can a guy be a homo and still be a virgin at twenty-three?

So when Ben comes home, he asks his father a personal question. “So, uh, how many were there before Mom? One, two?”

Which makes his father nervous. How does he answer that? He met his wife when he was twenty-four. Which meant he’d been fucking for ten years, some 3,650 days or so. So how many women did he average per day and that times 3,650 would be?
